Debbie Olivastri, 200 RYT, discovered yoga when her company relocated in Downtown Windsor. Amazed at how the practice relieved the stresses of corporate life and helped her achieve a much needed personal balance, she began to do more studying on the subject and thats when the yoga bug took hold of her. She always thought yoga would be fun and easy. The true surprise was the sense of peace and joy she found. Yoga has been a part of her life for over 15 years and has helped her grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. She strives to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and spirit with yoga, and her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

All Levels Class
All students can expect a slower flowing class linking breath with movement. Poses are held long enough to offer explanation and modification to allow for all levels of practitioners to enjoy the class. I love to include alignment and some hands on assisting so that students can take their practice to their edge in a more consistent way. You will gain flexibility, release tension, strengthen and tone the whole body and increase circulation. Monday’s class features unique music playlists each week to generate energy and inspiration and set the rhythm of the class.
